The firm’s business model is to procure quality cotton from Gujarat and Central India for producing quality yarns along with/ without mixing Punjab Cotton. (per requirements of each quality). Apart from that, the company wishes to establish its niche in the textile segment manufacturing value-added textile products & setting up an export house too.

The firm has been successful in making exports to China, Korea, Bangladesh, Portugal, and the Dominican Republic and is now a demanding player.
Possessing a never say die approach Mr. Kothari has a vision of establishing this firm into a major textile conglomerate manufacturing both commodity yarns and value-added textile products. The group has an aim of backward integration from trading to manufacturing now.
Backed by a strong team of professionals and the standard set of customers and suppliers the group is now on a shopping spree looking for the acquisition of manufacturing facilities equipped with the highest standards. For that, the firm is already in talks with the major spinning mills for acquiring the same.
